Can I still login with my username and password?
Yes. Your login credentials are the same. If you need to reset your username or password, please go My Account. Your billing and shipping address details also remain intact once you’re logged in to makkipak.co.uk.
Can I view my previous orders from the old website?
Unfortunately not. We have migrated to a new e-commerce system with a new structure and an inventory of past orders was not possible to import from the old site. Your orders placed using this version of our website will be stored in My Account > Orders
Why has our website address changed?
We have deprecated https://shop.makkipak.co.uk and moved all online activity to our main domain https://www.makkipak.co.uk. Please update all your bookmarks to the new URL.
